The following video shows how you can set a goal and check its SMART criteria easily with achievr. After you have set your goals you can quickly review and reconsider your goals, visualize the positive changes, and track your progress on your way to success.

At achievr.biz we have deliberately omitted a registration process to create a new account for you. You do not have to enter a username, a password and an email address. There is also no confirmation process with receiving an email and clicking on a confirmation link.

Instead we decided to use your existing account at Google or Facebook. Other providers such as Yahoo!, Microsoft Live or using your OpenID will be available soon.

There are important reasons for this:

1. Many Internet users already have an account at at least one of these providers. If you do not have one, it is very easy to sign up for a free account. This is even possible during the sign in to achievr. Other web applications such as achievr can connect to these services and use the corresponding sign in process. In that way you only need one account to sign in to many web applications and do not have to create and maintain one individual account for every web service.
2. Another advantage is that if you have already signed in to your account with (e.g.) Google in your current browser session, Google will recognize this and you can sign in to achievr with only one click without typing your username and password again. As easy as could be.
3. A further important aspect is that this enables you to connect achievr with your other accounts. Future version of achievr could provide advanced features such as connecting achievr with your Google calendar, posting new goals or achievements to your wall at Facebook or finding people with similar goals.
